RETURN POLICY
Opening Video is Compulsory
To maintain transparency and avoid misuse:
- Customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package
- This video is required for returns, exchanges, or damage claims
Returns
We offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- For missing or damaged items, report within 24 hours of delivery
- International returns are not eligible for free shipping
To Qualify for a Return
Your return must meet these conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 2 days
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, invoice, and tags must be intact
- Jewellery must have no scratches or damage
- Stones, embellishments & plating must be in perfect condition
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If
Returns may be rejected if:
- Request is raised after 2 days
- Any item/accessory is missing
- Product shows usage, scratches, or damage
- Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Free gifts are not returned
- Items from combo offers are returned separately
- Sale items or purchases via credit note
- Return is sent without approval
RIVADHY reserves the right to reject any return request if conditions are not met.
