3. Order Confirmation
- Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
- In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for eligible pin codes.
- A small convenience fee may be charged for COD orders.
- Please ensure availability to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.
5. Pricing & Currency
- All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Payment Issues
- If your payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, please contact us immediately.
- Any failed transaction amount will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.
7. Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
8. Fraud Prevention
- RIVADHY reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
- Additional verification may be required in certain cases.
