• Refunds are applicable only for items that meet our Return & Exchange Policy conditions.
• The product must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Once your return request is approved, instructions for return will be shared.
• After we receive the product, it will undergo a quality inspection.
• Upon successful verification, the refund will be initiated.

3. Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
• The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Mode of Refund

• Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless:
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
• In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds may be partially processed in the following cases:
